Abstract:
This active energy emission device comprises: a plurality of active energy emission units arranged along at least a prescribed direction; a housing that accommodates the active energy emission units; an exhaust unit that is provided to the housing and discharges air to the exterior of the housing; and an inactive gas intake unit that takes in inactive gas from the exterior of the housing and causes the inactive gas to flow into the interior of the housing. The inside of the housing is provided with: an air flowpath that allows air to flow therethrough; and an inactive gas flowpath that causes the inactive gas that has flowed in via the inactive gas intake unit to flow through the incactive gas flowpath. The air flowpath and the inactive gas flowpath merge. The exhaust unit discharges air and the inactive gas.
