The present invention relates to an active energy ray-curable composition that includes a component (A): an anionic polymerizable compound containing a compound in which EWG has a cyano group in general formula (1) which is component (A1) and a compound in which EWG has an ester group in general formula (1) which is component (A2) (in the formula, EWG represents an electron-withdrawing group, X represents a single bond or an oxygen atom (-O-), R represents an n-valent organic group, and n represents an integer of 1-6. When n is an integer of 2-6, EWG and X each may be the same or different. When n is 1, EWG and R may bond.) and a component (B): a compound (photobase generator) represented by general formula (2) (in the formula, ring A represents an optionally substituted aromatic ring or an optionally substituted heteroaromatic ring, R1 and R2 are the same or different and represent a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group, R1 and R2 may bond to each other and form a ring together with adjacent nitrogen atoms, and said ring may be substituted.).
