Abstract:
Provided are: an active energy ray curable composition that is of a forced emulsification type, has a high non-volatile content, has an excellent preservation stability at room temperature and high temperatures, has excellent freeze-thawing stability, and provides excellent water resistance and adhesiveness of a coating film to a base material when used to provide a coating; an aqueous emulsion composition; a laminate; and a coating agent composition. This active energy ray curable composition contains at least two surfactants, and at least one of the surfactants is a surfactant (B1) having two or more reactive groups. Further, this aqueous emulsion composition or this coating agent composition uses said active energy ray curable composition.
