Title:
ACTIVE ENERGY RAY-CURABLE RESIN COMPOSITION, AND SEALING MATERIAL AND BUFFERING MATERIAL, EACH OF WHICH IS FORMED OF CURED PRODUCT OF SAME
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2016/194870
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided is an active energy ray-curable resin composition which has fluidity and thixotropy suitable for a CIP method, while having excellent coatability and shape accuracy, and which forms a cured product having sufficient flexibility (low hardness) and high buffering properties/vibration damping properties (large loss factor (tan δ)) after being cured. This active energy ray-curable resin composition contains a photopolymerizable oligomer (A), a photopolymerizable monomer (B), a photopolymerization initiator (C) and a thixotropy-imparting agent (D). The photopolymerizable oligomer (A) is a urethane (meth)acrylate having a mass average molecular weight of 10,000 or more and an ether bond. The photopolymerizable monomer (B) contains a (meth)acryloyl compound (b1) represented by formula (1) (wherein R1 represents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, W represents an ethylene group or a propylene group, and n represents an integer of 0-4) in an amount of 80% by mass or more of the total mass of the photopolymerizable monomer (B). The total content of the photopolymerizable oligomer (A) and the photopolymerizable monomer (B), namely (A + B) is 94-99.99% by mass relative to the total mass (A + B + C) of the photopolymerizable oligomer (A), the photopolymerizable monomer (B) and the photopolymerization initiator (C). The content of the photopolymerizable monomer (B) is 80-99% by mass relative to the total mass (A + B) of the photopolymerizable oligomer (A) and the photopolymerizable monomer (B). The thixotropy-imparting agent (D) is contained in an amount of 1-40 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of the total (A + B + C) of the photopolymerizable oligomer (A), the photopolymerizable monomer (B) and the photopolymerization initiator (C). This active energy ray-curable resin composition has, in an uncured state, a viscosity of 10-5,000 Pa·s at a shear rate of 0.1-2 s-1 and a thixotropic coefficient of 1.1-10 at a shear rate within the range of 0.1-2 s-1.
