Abstract:
Provided is an active material/flaked graphite composite with which it is possible to obtain a lithium-ion secondary cell for which initial capacity is high and deterioration of charge-discharge cycle characteristics is unlikely when used in a negative electrode material for a lithium-ion secondary cell. The active material/flaked graphite composite includes: partially peeled flaked graphite having a structure in which graphite is partially peeled; and an active material comprising particles that are combined with the partially peeled flaked graphite, whereby lithium ions can be stored and discharged, or particles that are combined with the partially peeled flaked graphite, whereby lithium ions can be adsorbed and desorbed, the average particle diameter of the active material being 1-100 µm.
