Abstract:
An active grille shutter, capable of reducing frictions on a blade shaft (11), comprises a blade (1), a grille body (3), and an actuator cover (4). The grille body (3) is provided with a protection cover (31) cooperating with the actuator cover (4) to form a hollow protective structure (41). The protection cover (31) and the actuator cover (4) define a circular hole (311). The protective structure (41) communicates with the exterior through the circular hole (311). The blade (1) is provided with a rotating shaft (11) holding within the circular hole (311). The external surface of the shaft (11) is a convex surface. The active grille shutter solves the problem of excessive frictions when the blade shaft (11) moves by providing the blade shaft (11) with a convex surface.
