Abstract:

An active liquid-filled vibration isolator in which the size can be reduced while increasing the output of an actuator and simplifying the structure. As this means, a first fixing member (1) and a second fixing member (2) are coupled through a vibration isolating base (3), the second fixing member (2) is provided with a rubber wall (5) forming a first liquid chamber (4), a second liquid chamber (6) where a diaphragm (7) constitutes a part of the chamber wall is formed, the first liquid chamber (4) communicates with the second liquid chamber (6) through an orifice (8), an actuator (9) of movable iron core type where a shaft member (27) coupled with the rubber wall (5) constitutes a part of a moving body (30) reciprocal in the axial direction with respect to a stator (28) is provided, and the coil (33) of the stator (28) is excited to drive the shaft member (27) during both forward stroke and backward stroke, and the rubber wall (5) is vibrated, thus controlling the pressure in the first liquid chamber (4).
