Abstract:
An active matrix organic light emitting diode array substrate, comprising: multiple pixel units in an array on a base substrate (1), adjacent pixel units are separated by a pixel defining layer (11), each pixel unit comprises a thin film transistor (100) and an organic light emitting diode (200); an insulating layer (8, 9) between a source/drain electrode layer (7) of the thin film transistor (100) and an electrode layer (10) of the organic light emitting diode (200); the insulating layer (8, 9) includes a via hole therein, the electrode layer (10) comprises a recess part (18) connecting with the source/drain electrode layer (7) in the via hole; and a filling layer (15) on the recess part (18) for preventing an organic light emitting layer (12) of the organic light emitting diode (200) being inside of the recess part (18), the pixel defining layer (11) and an organic light emitting layer (12) of the organic light emitting diode (200) are overlaid on the filling layer (15).
