Abstract:
Provided is an active matrix organic light emitting diode display. The display comprises the following components sequentially disposed on a base substrate (11): a first metal layer (21, 14), an interlayer insulation layer (16, 41), a second metal layer (22, 31, 42), a planarization layer (18, 52), and a transparent conductive layer (23, 32, 43, 51). A second via is formed on the planarization layer. The transparent conductive layer is connected to the second metal layer by means of the second via. The second metal layer and the transparent conductive layer have a stepped contact surface therebetween.
