Abstract:
Provided are an active-matrix substrate whereby an aperture ratio can be increased and a decline in display quality can be adequately prevented while an increase in the capacitance of a source bus line is adequately suppressed, and a display device provided with the active-matrix substrate. In this active-matrix substrate, each of a plurality of auxiliary capacitance electrodes (13) includes first and second electrode parts (11, 12), at least a portion of the first electrode part (11) and at least a portion of a plurality of source bus lines (3) overlap, the second electrode part (12) has two linear portions extending in a second direction branched from the first electrode part (11), at least a portion of a region between the two linear portions and at least a portion of the plurality of source bus lines (3) overlap, and adjacent first and second electrode parts (11, 12) arranged in a first direction are disposed point-symmetrically to each other about a reference point (P1) which is a point on a straight line through the substantial center of pixels arranged in the first direction.
