Abstract:
 Provided is a technique for inhibiting parasitic capacitance in a drive circuit, and more reliably switching a gate line to a selective state. This active matrix substrate is provided with a drive circuit for switching the gate line (13G) to a selective state in a pixel area prescribed by source lines (15S) and gate lines (13G). The drive circuit has: a plurality of switching elements including an output switching element (TFT-F) for outputting a selective voltage to the gate line; and internal wiring (netA) connecting the gate terminal of the output switching element (TFT-F) to at least one other switching element. In a pixel area in which the internal wiring and/or another switching element is situated, the active matrix substrate is provided with inhibitors (C1, C2) for inhibiting parasitic capacitance in the drive circuit.
