Abstract:
An active matrix substrate, a liquid crystal display panel, a liquid crystal
display element, a liquid crystal display, and a substrate for the liquid crystal
display panel in which the occurrence of cell gap unevenness can be suppressed
without increasing the parasitic capacitance of wiring are provided. The active
matrix substrate has a spacer on the substrate and the spacer is composed of a base
layer and a layer having the base layer inside thereof.
