Abstract:
An active noise reduction device includes a reference signal generation unit, an adaptive filter unit, a control sound output unit, and an error signal detection unit. The adaptive filter unit includes a control signal generation unit, a filter coefficient update unit, and a step size setting unit. The control signal generation unit multiplies a reference signal by a filter coefficient to generate a control signal. The filter coefficient update unit updates a filter coefficient on the basis of the reference signal and an error signal, thereby minimizing the error signal. The step size setting unit sets a step size parameter representing an update amount for the filter coefficient. The filter coefficient update unit sets a step size adjustment coefficient for adjusting the step size parameter on the basis of an audio information feature amount and a change in the control signal.
