Abstract:
The present invention is provided with a first control signal filter (104a) for inputting a cosine wave which oscillates at a control frequency, a second control signal filter (104b) for inputting a sine wave which oscillates at the control frequency, a control signal adder (105) for adding the output of the first control signal filter (104a) and the output of the second control signal filter (104b) and outputting a control signal, a filter coefficient updating unit (106) for updating a filter coefficient of the first control signal filter (104a) and the second control signal filter (104b), and a frequency correction value computing unit (107) for computing a frequency correction value for correcting the control frequency on the basis of the control signal and the control frequency.
