Abstract:
Provided is an active substrate that enables a high-speed scan (high-speed scanning) for simultaneously setting specific scanning signal lines to be active. N-th stage shift registers (4) in two shift register blocks (2 and 3) respectively output signals so that scanning signal lines (GLn and GLn+1) adjacent to each other can become simultaneously active.
