Abstract:
The present invention relates to an active traction device and a control method therefor, the device being implemented so as to detect the stress state of a fracture in real time during fracture repositioning and to compensate for required traction force, and comprising: a traction shaft fastening fractured bone fragments of a patient, and then towing away the same in a longitudinal direction; a measuring device connectively provided at the traction shaft such that the traction position or traction force of the traction shaft can be measured; an actuator connectively provided at the traction shaft in order to drive the traction shaft in a longitudinal direction; a driver for supplying power required for the driving of the actuator to the actuator according to a driving control signal; and a controller, which compares a traction request value inputted from a user and a measurement value transmitted from the measuring device, so as to generate the driving control signal required for the supply of the power of the driver, thereby transmitting the same to the driver.
