Abstract:
According to one aspect of the present invention, an active-type automatic meter reading system, comprising: a measuring unit (10) which is matched and provided in each meter (20), is signal-connected to the meter (20) with a set protocol, receives and reads one or more pieces of measured data of the meter (20), allocates unique ID information to the meter (20), transmits metering data including the measured data and the ID information to the outside, and displays a present state of the read measured data on a display unit (12); a metering server (70) for receiving and collecting metering data of each measuring unit (10), calculating rate data corresponding to metering data received for each ID information, and storing each protocol configuration data that is different for each manufacturer and each model of the meter (20); and a concentrator (60) for receiving the metering data transmitted from the measuring unit (10) and relaying the received metering data to the metering server (70).
