Abstract:
An actuarial forecasting method for medical benefits fund, comprising: receiving historical basic medical insurance structure data, historical insured population data and historical medical expenditure data sent by a terminal; acquiring reference year insured population data according to the historical insured population data, calculating a historical insured population average growth rate, and calculating a forecasted year insured population number according to the reference year insured population data and the historical insured population average growth rate; determining a forecasted year medical benefits fund inflow amount according to the forecasted year insured population number and the historical basic medical insurance structure data; determining a forecasted year medical benefits fund outflow amount according to the forecasted year insured population number and the historical medical expenditure data; and when the forecasted year medical benefits fund inflow amount is less than the forecasted year medical benefits fund outflow amount, sending risk prompt information to the terminal.
