Abstract:
The invention relates to an actuating device for a closure, comprising a housing (1) and an actuating element (2) that can be connected with the closure and that is moveably mounted on the housing (1) for actuating the closure. The housing (1) can be secured in at least one through-passage (3) in a door leaf (4) or similar and said housing, in the secured state, rests, using a rear-sided edge area (5), on a front side of the door leaf (4). The actuation device for securing the housing (1) to the door leaf (4) comprises at least one first securing means (7) with a first maintaining surface (8) facing the rear-sided edge region (5), which is characterised in that the at least one first securing means (7), in the secured state, passes through an opening (3) and engages behind with the door leaf (4) by means of the first maintaining surface (8) coming into contact on a rear side (9) of the door leaf (4) and that the actuation device comprises at least one second securing means (10) comprising a second maintaining surface (11) facing the rear sided edge region (5). In the non-secured state, the first maintaining surface (8) is at a first distance (12) from the rear-sided edge area (5), and the second maintaining surface (11) is at a second distance (13), which is different from the first distance (12), from the rear-sided edge area (5) such that the housing (1) can be securely fastened to the door leaves (4) at different widths.
