Abstract:
An actuator, a charge port cover, and a vehicle. The actuator comprises a motor (4), a transmission mechanism (5), a clutch mechanism (6), and an output shaft (66); the motor (4) is transmittingly connected to the clutch mechanism (6) by means of the transmission mechanism (5); and the clutch mechanism (6) is connected to the output shaft (66). When the motor (4) drives the output shaft (66) to rotate, the transmission mechanism (5) and the output shaft (66) are subjected to power decoupling by means of the clutch mechanism (6); and when external force drives the output shaft (66) to rotate, the transmission mechanism (5) and the output shaft (66) are subjected to power decoupling by means of the clutch mechanism (6). The charge port cover comprising the actuator has the function of preventing unwanted opening. When the motor (4) fails and the charge port cover cannot be normally opened, a user needs to apply certain external force to manually open the charge port cover, so that the charge port cover can be effectively prevented from being opened by mistake due to the action of the accidental external force.
