Abstract:
The actuator device according to the present invention is provided with a support part, a first movable part, a second movable part, a first linking part for linking the first movable part and the second movable part to each other, a second linking part for linking the second movable part and the support part to each other, a spiral coil provided to the second movable part, a magnetic field generating part for generating a magnetic field for acting on the coil, a first external terminal provided to the support part, and a first wiring connected to an inside end part of the coil and to the first external terminal. The first wiring has a lead-out wiring connected to the first external terminal, and a straddle wiring which is provided to the second movable part so as to straddle the coil and is connected to the lead-out wiring and the inside end part of the coil. The width of the straddle wiring is greater than the width of the coil, and the thickness of the straddle wiring is less than the thickness of the coil.
