Abstract:

This actuator driver 200 drives an actuator 106 which positions a movable unit 105. A position detection unit 240 receives n Hall signals HS1-HS3 from a plurality of n Hall elements H1-H3 (n≥2) and converts the n Hall signals HS1-HS3 to n digital signals D1-D3, and generates a feedback signal PFB that indicates the position of the movable unit 105 on the basis of the n digital signals D1-D3. The position detection unit 240 folds each of the n digital signals D1-D3 back at the maximum value and minimum value, synthesizes the folded back digital signals, and generates the feedback signal PFB.
