Abstract:
An actuator is provided which can configure a walking robot and a robot hand in which the number of actuator components is reduced and in which multiple actuators can be driven with a single drive source; also provided are a robot hand using said actuator, and a walking robot. This actuator is provided with a first joint member and with a second joint member which is attached to the first joint member at one end thereof in the axial direction, wherein the first joint member is provided with a rotation transmission member which is attached to and allows rotation relative to the second joint member. The connection surface of the rotation transmission member to the second joint member is formed at an angle to the rotation axis, and the rotation transmission member passes through the second joint member and transmits rotational force from the drive source to the first joint member.
