Abstract:
A portion exposed between a connector (8a) attached to the leading end of a cable (6a) and a dustproof boot (7a) covering a portion exposed from a case is covered with a waterproof member (32) that can prevent the passage of water and has flexibility. While part of the waterproof member (32) is inserted into a closed-end hole (31) formed in the connector (8a), a portion that is present around the closed-end hole (31) in the connector (8a) is plastically deformed inward in a radial direction, and thereby the connector (8a) is secured by swaging to the leading end of the cable (6a).
