Abstract:
An actuator provided with a lock pin (50) projecting from a housing, wherein a drive mechanism (100) for the lock pin (50), rods (74, 64) linking to the lock pin (50), and a pin detection device (200) are accommodated inside the housing, the pin detection device (200) being provided with: a switch (210) for detecting the rod (74) when the lock pin (50) is advanced to a prescribed position; and a switch (220) for detecting the rod (64) when the lock pin (50) is withdrawn to a prescribed position, both switches (210, 220) being arranged in parallel in the left-right direction. This configuration allows the installation space for the switches (210, 220) to be reduced in the direction of withdrawal of the lock pin (50), and the housing to be made smaller.
