Abstract:
[Problem] To provide an actuator which, although compact, is capable of achieving a high output. [Solution] This actuator is provided with: a motor having a circular cylindrical rotor; and a speed reducer which has an input shaft coaxial with the rotating shaft of the motor and which is contained in the rotor. The speed reducer is circular cylindrical and has an output shaft coaxial with the rotating shaft of the motor. The motor further has a stator. The actuator is further provided with a housing for supporting the speed reducer and the stator.
