Abstract:
In order to reduce the planar area of an actuator (1), in this actuator (1), a first magnetic drive circuit (6) and a third magnetic drive circuit (8) that vibrate a movable body (3) in a second direction (X) with respect to a support (2) are provided respectively on both sides, in a first direction (Z), of a second magnetic drive circuit (7) that vibrates the movable body (3) in a third direction Y with respect to the support (2). The magnetic center position of the second magnetic drive circuit (7) is at a position that matches, or substantially matches, the barycenter of the movable body (3) in the first direction (Z), the second direction (X), and the third direction (Y). A magnetic center position found by combining the magnetic center position of the first magnetic drive circuit (6) and the magnetic center position of the third magnetic drive circuit (8) is at a position that matches, or substantially matches, the barycenter of the movable body (3) in the first direction (Z), the second direction (X), and the third direction (Y).
