Abstract:
In the actuator pertaining to the present invention, a support part (20) for supporting a driven part (10), and outer-axis drive parts (Dsa, Dsb) for causing the support part (20) to rotate are provided separately and independently. Through this configuration, a rotary portion can be reduced in size and weight, rotational moment is reduced, and it is possible to set the resonance frequency of the support part (20) to a high value while making it possible to obtain adequate drive force about an outside second axis (AX2); e.g., high-performance drive operation such as operation by raster scanning is possible.
