Abstract:
This actuator has: a holding member; torsion bars that each have one end connected to the holding member; and a pivot part that is connected to the other ends of the torsion bars and that can pivot about the pivot axis. The torsion bars each have a first section that includes the corresponding other end and extends along the pivot axis, and a second section that includes the corresponding one end and extends from the one end toward the direction intersecting the extending direction of the first section.
