Abstract:
An acylation solution and a process method for continuously synthesizing acyl naphthalene using an acylation solution, belonging to the technical field of chemical synthesis. The process method comprises: configuring an acylation solution by using a configuration system (100), and mixing the acylation solution and a feed solution containing 2-methylnaphthalene according to 2-methylnaphthalene: acylating agent: Lewis catalyst of 1:1:3:1.5 to form an acylation reaction solution, and sequentially feeding the acylation reaction solution in a microchannel reactor (12) and a tank reactor (13) in which a plurality of tanks are connected in series for an acylation reaction; and then performing hydrolysis, rectification and crystallization to continuously synthesize acyl naphthalene.
