Abstract:
An AD converter circuit (20) comprises a differential amplifier section (21), a
first variable capacitance section (22A), a second variable capacitance section (22B),
a comparator section (23), a connection control section (24), and first and second
feedback sections (25A, 25B). A voltage value outputted as a differential signal
from first and second output terminals of the differential amplifier section
(21) is converted into a 6-bit digital value by a sequentially comparing AD converter
circuit (constituted of the first and second variable capacitance sections
(22A, 22B), the comparator section (23), and the connection control section
(24)) and the digital value is outputted. Potential difference between a first
common point (P1) and a second common point (P2) is fedback
to the differential amplifying section (21) through the first and second feedback
sections (25A, 25B) and again converted into a 6-bit digital value by the sequentially
comparing AD converter circuit.
