Abstract:
The invention relates to an adapter with coupling device or fastening device for attaching an accessory and/or a bag to bar parts abutting one another, in particular to a bicycle handlebar and/or handlebar-stem bar parts with at least one freely arrangeable elongate fastening means, in particular a cable or strap, wherein: the adapter has contact edges or faces or shells as a support stand on the handlebar, to the left and right of the stem bar part; the attachment is adjustable so as to be oriented at different angles to the roadway; at least one cable or strap runs length-adjustably from a first position on the adapter to the left or right of the stem above or below the handlebar and then below or above or around the stem and then again to the left or right of the stem above or below the handlebar, back to the adapter; and the adapter for at least one end of the at least one cable or strap has at least one quick-connection or suspension device and at least one clamping and/or tensioning device for the run or the other end of the at least one cable or strap, whereby the adapter can be mounted easily and quickly and can be removed by releasing the clamping and/or tensioning elements.
