Title:
ADAPTER MOLECULE FOR IMPROVEMENT OF T-CELL FUNCTION
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2017/221850
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a means for enhancing the function of cytotoxic T cells used for cytotoxic T-cell therapy. Provided by the present invention are: an artificial T-cell activation molecule that includes a CD3ζ extracellular domain, a transmembrane region, and an intracellular signal domain for T-cell activation; and a therapy using the same.
