An adapter testing apparatus (100) and method, and a computer storage medium, the adapter testing apparatus (100) comprising a testing module (101), a host computer (103), and an electronic load (102); the testing module (101) is connected to the electronic load (102), and is used for simulating the working state of an electronic device in order to acquire a simulation battery voltage value corresponding to the working state; the testing module (101) is connected to an adapter (104) to be tested, and is used for controlling the adapter (104) to be tested to be in a target output state on the basis of the simulation battery voltage value; the testing module (101) is connected to the host computer (103), and is used for detecting the target output state of the adapter (104) to be tested and sending the detected output information of the adapter (104) to be tested to the host computer (103); and the host computer (103) is used for outputting a test result of the adapter (104) to be tested on the basis of the output information of the adapter (104) to be tested.
