Abstract:
An adaptive control system for an LED emergency vehicle light, the system comprising an image capturing apparatus (1), an image processing apparatus (2), a following distance measurement apparatus (3), an emergency vehicle light control apparatus (4), and an LED emergency vehicle light (5). The LED emergency vehicle light (5) comprises a red LED component (51), a middle separator plate (52), and a blue LED component (53). The image capturing apparatus (1) is configured to capture image data in front of a police vehicle to acquire a front view image. The image processing apparatus (2) is configured to perform image processing on the front view image. The following distance measurement apparatus (3) is configured to determine, on the basis of an output of the image processing apparatus (2), a following distance with respect to a vehicle in the front. The emergency vehicle light control apparatus (4) is configured to determine, on the basis of an output of the following distance measurement apparatus (3), a control policy of the LED emergency vehicle light (5). The present solution enables adaptive control of the LED emergency vehicle light (5).
