Abstract:
An adaptive synchronization control method for a fractional-order arch micro-electro-mechanical system. The method comprises the following steps: step S1, establishing driving system and response system models of a fractional-order arch micro-electro-mechanical system based on an Euler-Bernoulli beam, and obtaining a synchronization error vector; and step S2, constructing a Chebyshev neural network having an adaptive control law according to the error vector, and constructing a virtual control input by using a fractional-order Lyapunov function; estimating an unknown nonlinear function of the system by using the Chebyshev neural network, constituting an actual control input in combination with a fractional-order adaptive law, constructing an adaptive synchronization controller in a backstepping framework, and inputting an output signal of the controller into the response system of the fractional-order arch micro-electro-mechanical system. The method implements synchronization control of the driving system and the response system ensuring the system transient-state and steady-state performance, and reduces the influence of uncertainty factors of the fractional-order arch micro-electro-mechanical system on synchronization control performance.
