The present invention provides: an addition-curable liquid silicone rubber composition for airbags; and an airbag. An addition-curable liquid silicone rubber composition for airbags, which is characterized by containing, as essential ingredients, (A) an organopolysiloxane that contains two or more alkenyl groups in each molecule, said alkenyl groups being bonded with a silicon atom, while having a weight average polymerization degree of from 100 to 1,000, (B) an organopolysiloxane that contains zero to three alkenyl groups in each molecule, said alkenyl groups being bonded with a silicon atom, while having a weight average polymerization degree of from 2,000 to 10,000, (C) an organohydrogen polysiloxane that contains at least two hydrogen atoms, each of which is bonded with a silicon atom, namely, at least two SiH groups in each molecule, (D) a silica fine powder that has a BET specific surface area of 50 m2/g or more, (E) a hydrosilylation catalyst, and (F) an organosilicon compound that contains an adhesiveness-imparting functional group (excluding component (A), component (B) and component (C)).
