The present invention provides an additive delivery apparatus and a washing machine. The delivery apparatus comprises: a water supply channel, used for supplied water to flow through; a delivery unit, used to deliver an additive to the water supply channel; a pressure relief structure, disposed on the water supply channel and placing an interior of the water supply channel in communication with an external atmosphere, for pressure relief and ventilation; a liquid outlet structure, an outlet of the water supply channel being connected to the liquid outlet structure, and the liquid outlet structure being used to deliver a mixture of the additive and water. By means of providing a pressure relief structure in a water channel of a delivery apparatus, excess pressure in the water channel can be discharged outwards from the pressure relief structure, so as to decrease carried pressure of an integrated water channel disposed on the delivery apparatus, thereby implementing overpressure protection for the water channel of the delivery apparatus.
