Abstract:
It takes enormous calculation time to obtain a temperature history of an entire model with use of a fine mesh. Therefore, an input data generation device (1) for additive manufacturing is provided with: a macro-region modeling process analysis unit (31) for, upon receiving input of a product shape, a material requirement, and a modeling requirement of a model, analyzing a modeling process of a macro-region; a micro-region modeling process analysis unit (43) for analyzing a modeling process of a micro-region; a temperature history extraction unit (33) for extracting a local temperature history from a temperature analysis result of the macro-region by reference to a micro-region modeling process analysis result database (44) containing temperature histories of micro-regions; a structure distribution mapping unit (35) for mapping a structure distribution obtained from the temperature history distribution of the model onto the model; and a defective structure region extraction unit (36) for, upon receiving input of an allowable structure requirement, extracting a defective structure which is contrary to the structure requirement.
