Abstract:
Disclosed is an additive manufacturing device, comprising a spiral extrusion mechanism (1), wherein same comprises: a material cylinder (11) successively provided, from top to bottom, with a solid feeding port (111), a solid conveying area (112), a melt pressure-establishment area (113), a melt metering and extrusion area (114), a dispersion area (115), a storage area (116) and a semisolid discharge port (117); a first threaded rod (12) located inside the material cylinder; a torque sensor (121) connected to the first threaded rod; and multiple sections of a heating sleeve (13) being sheathed on an outer side of the material cylinder. An additive manufacturing method is further disclosed, wherein the viscosity state and flow state of a semisolid are characterized by means of measuring the torque of the semisolid during stirring. According to the additive manufacturing device and method, the flow behavior of a semisolid metal can be effectively controlled.
