Abstract:
An additive for thermoplastic resins, comprising a mixture of at least one triazine derivative having in its molecule at least one nitrogen-containing functional group reactive with formaldehyde with a formaldehyde former selected between paraformaldehyde and an aqueous formalin solution; and a thermoplastic resin composition containing the above additive melt-kneaded therewith. The additive and the composition containing the same can improve the moldability of a thermoplastic resin composition and the appearance of the molding of the thermoplastic resin composition.
