Abstract:
Provided is an adhesion system for adhering a resin film to a fixed shape panel, the adhesion system: being provided with a suction holding member that can be easily applied to adhesion of a resin film to an easily deformable fixed shape panel; and making it possible to simplify the structure of a suction force supplying mechanism and reduce the size thereof. An adhesive-layer-equipped resin film sheet includes a resin film and uses a resin film multilayer body composed of a long strip-shaped carrier film and a resin film that has a prescribed dimension in a width direction and is stacked on the carrier film with an adhesive layer interposed therebetween, and the adhesive-layer-equipped resin film sheet is cut so as to have a prescribed dimension in a length direction together with the adhesive layer on the carrier film. In an adhesion station, the adhesive-layer-equipped resin film sheet is peeled from the carrier film and adhered to a fixed shape panel having a prescribed shape. The adhesion system comprises: a fixed shape panel conveying device that is for conveying a fixed shape panel through an adhesion station; and an adhesion roller mechanism which is for adhering the adhesive-layer-equipped resin film sheet that has been peeled off the carrier film to the fixed shape panel that has been conveyed to the adhesion station, and which is provided in the adhesion station. The fixed shape panel conveying device comprises: a suction holding member for suction holding the fixed shape panel; a suction holding member driving mechanism for driving the suction holding member such that the suction holding member moves in a reciprocating manner along outgoing and return paths, including an outgoing path which passes through the adhesion station and which is between a start end on the outgoing path side and a folding back end, and a return path which extends from the folding back end to at least said start end via the adhesion station; and a sucking mechanism that allows the suction holding member driven by the suction holding member driving mechanism to apply a suction force.
