Abstract:
The present invention relates to an adhesive agent composition which contains a water-based resin dispersion obtained by emulsion polymerization of a polymerizable compound (C) comprising a compound (C1) having carbon-carbon unsaturated bonds, the emulsion polymerization being performed in the presence of a surfactant (A) represented by general formula (I) and a surfactant (B) not having a substituent group able to undergo radical polymerization. Here, substitution group D is a polymerizable unsaturated group, substitution group R0 is a C1-4 alkyl group, substitution group R1 is a hydrocarbon group having an aromatic ring, and AO is a C2-4 oxyalkylene group.
