Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to make the amount of an adhesive transferred onto an electromagnetic steel plate more uniform. The adhesive application device (40) is provided with: an adhesive storage part (42) having a discharge port (46) for discharging an adhesive packed in the adhesive storage part (42); a steel plate movement part (upper mold (14)) for moving an electromagnetic steel plate (ES) towards and away from the adhesive storage part (42), and bringing the electromagnetic steel plate (ES) brought near the adhesive storage part (42) into intimate contact with the discharge port (46); and an adhesive feeding unit (44), which feeds the adhesive into the adhesive storage part (42) while the electromagnetic steel plate (ES) is in intimate contact with the discharge port (46), and stops the feeding and reduces the internal pressure in the adhesive storage part (42) before the electromagnetic steel plate (ES) separates from the adhesive storage part (42).
