Abstract:
An adhesive coating mechanism for a carton manufacturing production line, comprising an adhesive box (10) for containing adhesive and a cylindrical adhesive wheel (12), a part of the adhesive wheel being immersed in the adhesive in the adhesive box. An adhesive amount control rod (14) coaxial with the adhesive wheel is further provided on the adhesive box, and the distance between the adhesive amount control rod and the adhesive wheel is 1-10 mm. The adhesive coating mechanism can control the thickness of adhesive attached to the adhesive wheel by means of the adhesive control rod, so as to control the adhesive coating amount and avoid waste and pollution caused by escape of the adhesive from the adhesive wheel. The mechanism is simple in structure, low in costs, and high in efficiency.
