The present invention pertains to an adhesive composition for affixing the protruding surface of a base material sheet [I] that has a protruding surface having a surface roughness Ra of 0.1-100 µm and the flat surface of a base material sheet [II] that has a flat surface, wherein the polyester-based adhesive composition contains a polyester-based resin (A) having a glass transition temperature of 0°C or less.
