Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide an adhesive composition that is for optical communication and that has excellent adhesiveness and thermosetting properties. The present invention is an adhesive composition for optical communication that comprises: a compound (A) comprising a silicon-containing group capable of reacting with an aromatic ring; a (meth)acrylic compound (B) comprising a cationically polymerizable functional group and a (meth)acryloyloxy group; a radical generator; and a cation generator that generates cations at least by heat.
