An adhesive composition is provided which can achieve good metal corrosion prevention, UV ray absorption, adhesive strength, holding strength, stepped filling properties and foreign substance filling properties. This adhesive composition contains a copolymer of non-crosslinkable monomers and cross-linkable monomers having a functional group, a cross-linking agent and a UV absorbing agent. The adhesive composition contains, as a unit constituting the non-crosslinkable monomers of the copolymer, units derived from a monomer with a glass transition temperature less than or equal to -60°C when made a homopolymer and units derived from a monomer with a glass transition temperature less than or equal to -15°C when made a homopolymer, and, as units constituting the crosslinkable monomers of the copolymer, a unit derived from a crosslinkable monomer in which the functional group is any of a hydroxy group, an amide group, or an amino group. The mass ratio in the copolymer of the units derived from crosslinkable monomers in which the functional group is any of a hydroxy group, an amide group, or an amino group is 20-60 mass%, the mass ratio of the units constituting the copolymer that are derived from monomers having an acidic group is less than 0.5 mass%, and the UV absorbing agent is liquid or oily at 23°C. An adhesive sheet and laminate body are also provided.
