Abstract:
Provided are: an adhesive composition which is agingless, has good adhesive properties and excellent storage stability, and can be used reliably for a long time even after the addition of a curing agent; and an adhesive sheet. An adhesive composition according to an aspect of the present disclosure contains (A) an acrylic polymer, (B) a metal chelate compound, and (C) a polycarboxylic acid compound, wherein the acrylic polymer (A) is a copolymer of a monomer mixture containing a monomer (a1) having an acidic group, and the content of the monomer (a1) having an acidic group is 0.01-20 mass% with respect to 100 mass% of the monomer mixture.
