Abstract:
An adhesive composition that easily disintegrates in water, wherein the adhesive composition contains a 2-cyanoacrylate compound and a water-soluble compound, and a cured article of the adhesive composition has a water absorption rate of at least 5% when immersed for 24 hours in 40°C water. The cured article of the adhesive composition preferably has a water absorption rate of at least 5% when immersed for 24 hours in 23°C water.
